OBJECTIVE – ADULT STUFF

Identifying objectives has been greatly emphasized in management reports. Working without objective is a sheer waste of time, as without objectives clearly defined; means loss of direction and hence wasteful effort. Life could be hell without objectives set clearly.

Once in hell they met – Nehru, Freud and Carl Marx. Perhaps all great men choose that place for unknown reasons. As they sat under a neem tree, discussing religion, philosophy and politics, a dazzlingly beautiful woman passed by; diverting everyone’s attention.

“She is a beautiful woman,” said Marx. “Yes! She is. She is Cleopatra, you must have heard of her. But you can go and meet her, if you like,” replied Freud.

Marx, a bachelor ever, jumped on his feet and darted out to seek Cleopatra, the most beautiful woman of the world. And Freud and Nehru continued their intellectual exchanges.

Some fifteen minutes later, Marx came back exasperated, with sweat oozing out of his thick big beard.

“What is the matter with you, Marx?” asked Freud and Nehru together.

“Oh! Nothing!”

“But why didn’t you meet Cleopatra?”

“Oh! I did but –“

“But what?”

“Oh! She doesn’t should have in between her two…..”

“Oh! I see,” said Nehru.
